From research we found Gen Z consumers are looking for great experiences, not great products. They don’t consider technologies to be tools used to help achieve tasks, but rather as deeply integrated parts of everyday life. They expectation from technology is to help them organize their fast & unplanned life.

THE OUTCOME:

An Intelligent ‘Make for India’ Innovation features from extensive consumer research in India, the Intelligence features such as Useful Cards, Multilingual Typing, Finder and Smart Crop – have been designed to help Gen Z consumers live a fast and organized life.

IMPACT:

Alive Intelligence launched in Galaxy A51 in early 2020 in Indian market & became on the key connecting point to connect with Indian Gen Z consumers. Alive Intelligence story was one of the key marketing story during launch of Samsung most waiting mid segment smart phone Galaxy A51

During research we found Gen Z consumers are constantly want to feel empowered, connected, empathetic self-starters that want to stand out and make a difference in the world.
The study revealed that 80 percent of Gen Z say finding themselves creatively is important. Over 25 percent post original video on a weekly basis, while 65 percent enjoy creating and sharing content on social media.

Samsung released Alive Intelligence a meaning Intelligence innovation as Useful Cards, Multilingual Typing, Finder, Smart Crop to have been designed to help Gen Z consumers live a fast and organized life.

Smart Crop:

This feature makes screenshots come “Alive” by intelligently detecting the hero block/image within the screenshot. With a single tap, Smart Crop will help users save, share or edit the most relevant part of the screenshot.

Finder:

This feature makes search on the phone come “Alive” by letting users find app content quickly. With Finder, users will now be able to search for content across entertainment, e-commerce, food and travel domains available within popular apps installed on their phones.
